Refund and Return Policy

1. What we sell

We supply digital services: software development, design, store releases and related work. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so return and exchange of goods does not apply.

2. How payment works

Work is carried out in stages. Each stage is invoiced in advance or on agreement, as set out in the invoice or quotation.

Paying an invoice confirms acceptance of the scope described in it and of these terms.

3. Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before we have started work, any prepayment is refunded in full. Written notice to info@seocreativestudio.com is enough.

4. Cancellation once work has started

If work has started, we refund the prepayment less the value of the work already carried out and any costs already incurred: licences, stock assets, advertising spend and subcontractor fees.

On request we provide a breakdown: what was done, what it costs against the agreed estimate, and the amount to be refunded.

5. When a refund is not available

We do not refund deliverables that have been accepted and handed over, advertising budgets already spent, or amounts already paid to third parties. We also cannot refund where work cannot be completed because materials, access or approvals were not provided.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@seocreativestudio.com with the invoice number or project name and the reason for the request. We review it within 5 business days and reply with our decision and a breakdown.

Any agreed amount is returned by the same method used for payment within 10 business days of agreement. The time to reach your account depends on your bank.

7. If the work is not right

If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope we correct it at our own cost within a reasonable period. A refund is considered where correction is not possible or the client declines it.
